On Monday, MJ's personal doctor, Dr Conrad Murray was found guilty of involuntary manslaughter in the pop star's death.
He had pleaded of not been guilty in giving the star-singer a fatal dose of the powerful anesthetic propofol, which was considered as the main cause of his death on June 25, 2009.
During the six-week trial, prosecutors argued, Murray was completely negligent in administering the propofol to help Jackson sleep, as he prepared for a series of comeback concerts.
On the other hand, defense attorneys said that Jackson gave himself the fatal dose of propofol.
